Cougar Biotechnology Inc. (Nasdaq: CGRB) will be acquired by Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) for approxmately $1 billion in cash. Shares of Cougar Biotechnology leaped $5.84 to close at $42.82 while Johnson & Johnson stock eased 22 cents to close at $54.77.
