National Semiconductor Corp. (NYSE: NSM) and Suntech Power Holdings Co. Ltd. (NYSE: STP) will jointly develop and promote photovoltaic technology solutions. National Semiconductor stock rose 30 cents to $13.62 while shares of Suntech climbed $1.80 to $15.73.
