Shares of InterDigital Inc. (Nasdaq: IDCC) tumbled $6.98 to $22.52 after the U.S. International Trade Commission ruled in Nokia Corp.'s (NYSE: NOK) favor on a handset patent dispute. Shares of Nokia slipped 53 cents to $12.50.
